Just a suggestion. Thought it would be a good idea to have a spare tire attached to trailor in case of emergency in remote location out of cell range. Other than that was great thank you.

Couldnt get a hold of them for 3 days, they need more people in there because one person isnt cutting it... between calls and packages they are way too busy.

This outlet was HORRENDOUS. It took almost an hour to check in. The young lady who helped us seemed confused by everything. Did not explain the insurance was not a redo of the insurance I had booked for the truck, but additional insurance for the car dolly, even though I had commented that I had already chose my insurance for the truck and did not understand why we were doing it again. We had reserved a truck with furniture dolly and pads. When we opened the truck back at our hotel, we discovered that these items had not been included. There were also no boxes available. Thank goodness for Donna at the Midtown storage U-haul outlet. She provided the dolly and furniture pads when my face showed I would rather be poked in the eyes with a hot fork before returning to the other U-haul outlet. This was absolutely stellar of her!! She also had all the boxes we needed. Wish we had chose this outlet to begin with. About the truck: It was about as comfortable as an old farm truck and had absolutely no power on hills, but that may be normal?

I rented a car trailer and a 20' truck. They gave me a 26' truck with the engine check light on, and a dashboard message asking that the gas cap be checked. I asked if the engine check issue could be resolved before I drove off the lot and was , in essence, told that there was no time to resolve the issue. When I asked one of the employees to help me connect the car trailer he said he'd never connected one before, but would be happy to try to figure it out on YouTube with me. As I wasn't prepared to attach the trailer and my car to the back of the truck on the strength of my understanding of a YouTube video, I asked for a refund for the car trailer. Fortunately, I had some people helping me with the move, one of whom drove the car. Had I not had anyone with me, I would have been forced to rely on YouTube. I expect the people who rent these trailers to have at least a basic understanding of how to use them.

Our original pickup was supposed to be Dawson Creek, B.C, not Fort St John. Worst of all, we reserved a 26’ truck, not 20’, had to sell or give away furniture as a result....would. Not recommend haul to anyone after our experience. What were we offered as a result of your failure....$50.00....an absolute insult....reimbursement for the furniture we were unable to take, extra time to go to Fort St John. Telling us the day before the move that you cannot supply the truck we ordered is a very very poor business practise....

The staff had no idea what they were doing. Took a long time to get everything sorted. Then I was called to come back to the store after dropping off the uhaul because they couldn't figure out how to process payment etc. Training needs to be provided.

The scheduling department was very rude. And I didn’t even get 24 hours notice that I had to drive to an alternate city to pick up my rental. Just because it’s less than 100 Km away, you don’t understand what the drive is like. It’s not a city or freeway drive.

I was called by U-Haul halfway through the rental to see if I could return the unit early. Moving is stressful enough without the need to rush. All other aspects were excellent

Tell customer of damages before giving keys, clean up the cab of broken glass before renting, make sure you are on time when you guarantee a time/date Don't tell the customer 5 days when its really only 4 days

No drop box for the keys and the parking lot crowded with rental equipment. Hard to know where to park the unit upon return

Dropped of truck with 1/3 of a tank of gas on the Sunday of a long weekend. No drop box for keys. Dropped of keys Tuesday 9am. Apparently gas tank empty. Bullshit check your Camaras or the guy in the fifth wheel trailer in the storage compound. Charged over 70$. Send next customer to a professional service.

Down graded. Told in a message. Lady not pleasant, how is it a good policy to downgrade space needed to move a cross the province. We also needed the extra seat and ramp of the truck we ordered. We are very unhappy with the way this was handled. The only bright spot was the lady at drop off was helpful and that the truck worked well if not clean. It also smelled bad of 'horse'. The hod wasn't even closed properly.

The time on the website said it was open at 830, when actually the time on the door said 9:00. That also affected my timing to go to work, not a great experience

Absolutely filthy inside the truck , dog hair ,mud , cherry seeds spit inside EVERYWERR ashtray full of butts , and the cup holders were full of seeds and tabacco . Of I didn't have to drive an hour out of my tiwni wouldn't have took the truck . And waste my own money on gas to get there with no return on gas spent . Was I happy not at all , was I in need of the truck yes

Do not promise that a ball can be rented/purchased at pick up location. Confirm with client drop off location as I never received a text for location. Have staff who can actually hook up trailer to vehicle. Make reservation which was confirmed 2 days prior to pick up and then was changed at the time of pick up. Wasted 2.5 extra hours of time talking to Uhaul staff over the phone trying to figure everything out. Overall terrible pick up experience.

Was charged a $20 late fee because I did t have paper work stating I was told I could bring back my rental “Any time” on the return day. Spent $750 renting your trailer then charged $20 more for being an hour past the time on your price of paper? What a jerky thing to do. Petty.

Furniture pads provided were dirty and even muddy. Would like to receive a credit for this. The cab was clean but the back was not swept out and was dirty. Did not receive any user instructions. Vehicle was returned in 3 days rather than 4, don't know if a credit is available for a shorter rental time.

I am in Fort st John ,BC , Canada. I have a lot snow here. I did not know that the tires were not for winter tires even the gentle man who rent the truck to me at the office did not let me know. I was stuck in snow 2wice and spent big money for that. I would say, if you change the tires for winter or remind them who want rent a moving truck in winter, it would be better. You rented me a vehicle with NO snow tires from fort St. John to kelowna . It took an addition 5 days plus hotels and you guys charged me 65 bucks for an extra day. .... I’ll be disputing through my MasterCard company . That is a joke .
