I rented 6x12 trailer. The rear tail lights were malfunctioning. I had to go to other dealership to have fixed. The trailer's running lights went out while traveling to destination at night. Made me uncomfortable. Not my best U-haul experience.

I took the trailer clear across town just to find that it is an abandoned building with a UHual sticker in the window. This was the drop off location YOU set me up with. NOT the dealership 1/2 mile from my destination. We called...you sent us to a completely different location about six miles away. Rick was helpful, UHaul was not. My time, my gas, my inconvenience, UHaul in the money. What's wrong with this picture. Customer service said," you can file a complaint, if you want to".

We forgot to grab the dolly and rick rudely the next day was like i still have to charge you. The other uhaul places have this loaded for you how was i supposed to know he didnt load it. Bad service!!!!
