David L.You have an option to speak with a representative when getting to the location so I chose that option not realizing it was at a gas station which I know is on me but you shouldn't give that option if it's not one… When I got there the lady that was working was no help just kept telling me you should have received a code or number to access keys, which I never received. Had to call the help and support in order to get the keys from her. There was also a lock on the back end that nobody was able to get access to a code. I had to call support four different times. I had people transfer and hang up on me the first three times. It wasn't until I got on the phone the last time with I believe her name was Lisa that I got anywhere. She had promised to make a note with my contract and that I would get compensated for the mishap but I just check my bank statement and was charged full price.
Katelynn H.Rented a uhaul that was extremely loud due to catalytic converter being cut. I called customer service several times to get a discount and still was unable to get one. I don't know if I will ever use uhaul again after this. This was a terrible experience.
