No one was at the location and no one came even after the call line was called. I rented an appliance dolly which was NOT included. When I called the help line, Robert was patronizing when I told him I was forced to buy a dolly for $100.

Adrian MEverything went smoothly. However the dolly I requested wasn't included.
Dylan YPick up location was late by 30 minutes and I lost 45 minutes on moving times. I Had three movers hired for 175 an hour and lost 45 minutes of that hour. Pick up location manager said that she was late because of traffic on a Saturday morning at 9 o’clock. Unacceptable. not only that, but my gas tank was less than a quarter tank. I want to know what kind of compensation I’m gonna receive for any of this.
