This location did not have someone who was trained to remove the equipment and we had to use Youtube to figure out how to remove the equipment. As a customer, this is not my responsibility to remove the equipment.
Rhodd E.Worst uhaul location ever. Located in a small old strip mall with storage in back. Access was by a long twisted drive. They wanted me to back the trailer on the driveway to a small storage area. I said NO. Insisted they move trucks and equipment so I could drive in frontward. Still not enough space after many attempts to unhook the trailer. In frustration I dropped the trailer in the middle of the storage area and told them it was their problem. The rental location is also a smoke shop and not very comfortable. Who knows what all they were selling. Bad bad bad!!!!
