This location charged me for more time on my rental than they supposed To. I had it for one day and they. Harged me multiple days with a 25 dollar cleaning fee for 2 blankets unfolded. I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN

Michael MI requested dolies and there were none. The lock took 30 minutes to open to get the key and the app wouldn't read my location properly. I was there for 30 minutes trying to get the truck
Maria DYour mobile pick up system was very hard for an older person to use. I was originally set up to pick up the truck at a manned office. Then at the last minute I was changed to a mobile pick. I had a very hard time. And had to call your customer support. It took me a long time to pick up the truck. I will not be using the mobile system again.
