I made a reservation for 8 am. The location I choose was closer to my belongings versuses where i live. I called when in route before my actual pick up time to let them know I was running late, there was no response. When I arrived maybe 20 mins late due to traffic. I was approached the uniformed men and ask where the Uhaul registeration was located and that I had a reservation for a truck. The first 3 workers didnt speak English they got the one that could. He then explained to me that he had to call the manager because he did not work for Uhaul he worked for the auto repair/detail shop. I was told that she was on her way. After about 20 mins an uniformed woman walk torwards me and asked if she was the manager. She said no but maybe can help i tols her i needed the Uhaul she told me to wait. She left and came back quickly about 5 mins and told me i could go to the oil change area and wait the manager was on his way. After another 15 mins the manager arrives says hes not the manager in charger of that and he just arrived wait for another 5 mins the one in charge would be there. Another 10 mins passes he is arrives smug i say its been almost an hour i was already running behind schedule. He said u were late right? I said but i called no response. He shrugged i said ok well just get the paperwork together i had to go. I had a reservation. He saided he didnt like my attitude and that he didnt have to rent the truck if he didnt want to. My father intervened they did the paperwork as i called corporate. I got disconnected i got the keys shortly after maybe 15 20 mins. I was 2 hrs late for my scheduled pickup time for my belongings.

This location is fabulous. Easy to work with, clean vehicles, clearly identified prior damage listed on the documents. Best Uhaul ever.

UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. SCHEDULED TRUCK PICK UP 45 MIN AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. THIS CAUSED DELAYS WITH MY MOVERS AS WELL. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

It didn't feel like a safe pickup location in that once I parked, I needed to walk across several car wash bays and then several oil change bays. It also wasn't clear that I needed to talk to the oil change gentlemen to pick up the uhaul.

There seems to be some issues with the logic being used on your reservation system. We first reserved a Van at 103 W Union St. came to find out that this location doesn't even have Vans. What made it worse was that the reservation wasn't even on the system although I did take a picture of it that shows this location and a Van for pickup. Anyhow, after that we ended up going to the one on 105 Hollis St. They didn't have Vans available that day (Sat) but they supposed to have one for the next morning (Sun) so I immediately made this reservation for it. Showed up at 7am to pickup the Van, this location doesn't open until 8am on Sundays, so please update the time on your reservation system. We decided to come back at 8am and arrived about 7mins past 8am when a person was already processing the paperwork to pickup a Van that he had apparently also reserved. Happens that this location only has ONE VAN so since the only one was just picked up, we no longer had an option. According to this location, the U-Haul system screw it up. If that is the case, I'd hardly recommend to double check your reservation system because that is simple logic missing there. This location did help us find/track another location that had Vans available that day. So after about 3 hours of struggle, we finally picked up a Van at a different location. So U-HAUL reservation systems gets ZERO starts and this location two starts for helping get another Van a different location.

The car had 90,000 miles on it. It barely drove, i am surprised we made it. The locatin is not good. You have to fill everything out in a mechanics worshop while they are working on cars.

There are about four different businesses within this one. thre are no clear signs for u-haul transactions (e.g. where the office is to pick up, where to drop the key after hours). Also, I reserved a truck with a hand truck. When I got to the location and was signing my contract, I was told they had no hand trucks! So, I had to go to a different location and get one from them! This causes problems when I drop the truck off the same evening, but have to find some way to get the hand truck back because their office closes at 5:30 pm!

It took about an hour to do the quick check-in. They were unable to get into the computer for quite a long while. The truck I reserved did not have the blankets I had requested. The staff were pleasant

I booked this at one location (natick) and showed up only to be told to drive to Framingham. I NEVER received notification of this change. Truck smelled. When I wiped down the wheel, the rag got dirty. Gas was below what was indicated on contract. They offered to fill up, but very congested and didn't want to take the time (already behind schedule because of pickup change.). Not sure they changed it in the system.

Newer model 15' truck; more comfortable for 6' driver than older models we'd been assigned before. We arrived at 9 am the pickup time of the reservation; they hadn't cleaned the truck yet & there was trash in the cab. We had reserved 1 dozen furniture pads, but the location that U-Haul moved our reservation to did not have any. We really needed the furniture pads, so had to call around to find an open U-Haul rental location that had them. Not impossible, but not as easy as having the furniture pads in the truck, or available at the truck rental location.

Truck was really dirty - box full of dirt and chunks of junk, steering wheel very sticky, moving blankets were completely soiled and smelled like a port-a-potty, horrible vehicle overall.

Nothing, really! They explained the whole process to me because it was my first time renting, even though they didn't have to as they were pretty busy that time of day. Really grateful to them!

Autobright Car Wash was EXCELLENT ! The only suggestion I would have has nothing to do with them but with the U-Haul truck (I rented a 10 footer) itself. There seemed to be no easy way (no hooks) to attach a bungee cord to which seems to me to be a no-brainer. If you're moving furniture, you want the load to be secure and not shift, hence the need for bungee cords. TY
