Michael S.There's not a lot you can do about the individuals who rent and don't follow return directions. After completing the pickup process, I opened the lockbox to find that there was no key. Fortunately, I was an hour late and was able to go inside for assistance. Instead of replacing the key in the lock box, the customer before me placed it in the key return box. The individual inside knew exactly what the problem was and found the key for me. Then when I went to return the key, I opened the lock box as instructed and found the key for a different truck inside. Again the individuals at that location were quicly able to assist me. The truck was just OK. There was an empty water bottle under the passenger's seat. The handle on the driver's side window kept falling off. Many of the spacers behind the rail in the cargo area were broken off making it difficult to tie the cargo. Basically, the truck was showing its age.
