BERNARD DThis was supposed to be a contactless rental yet the owner of the shop had to be in involved due to parking issues and receiving the wrong set of keys… The owner of this shop was very rude and aggressive. I will not do business with a shop again.
MICHELLE BTony sent harassing messages after equipment was returned trying to add charges for lies he made up. I chose mobile pickup and return to avoid bad customer service. I don't know if he owns the business but he is awful and tries to rip people off to get more money from them. he said the truck didn't have gas and needed clean when I took pictures that it had a full tank and that the inside and outside was returned in the same condition that we picked it up in.
