I had the truck for 4 to 5 hours , charged $5330 because the wrong truck mileage was recorded when truck was returned. Took me 2 days to get a response, got notice of refund, plus new receipt for proper use, but get my credit statement and both charges are on my card. Your quick enough to take my money but can't return it for an obvious mistake by your representative? Never again will I use your company If by Tuesday I do not see the refund, I will be calling the fraud department of my card company, Steven KummSteven K.
Mobile pickup needs to be easier you should verify photo id prior to customer going to rental pickup location.Mark O.
When we made our order on line we ordered blankets and at time of pickup we were informed that this location didn't have any blankets available. We were told that they never received any to actually rent out.Faith S.
Everything as far as human interaction was great! Only problem was the payment authorization on the computer, it took a half an hour for it to go through after Matt (owner) called two people to get help with it. One of those two people he called was quite rude to him, the traffic lady he called after that was very helpful! Overall I think the other was el friendly and patient!ANTHONYC A.
