They should be open the hrs. advertised. Rented thurs. hours of operation for Fri was 9-5. THEY DID NOT OPEN AT ALL FRIDAY. Had an issue where I left my ez pass in the truck and I could not retrieve it for work the following morning.

Requested 2 dz blanks when I arrived they had 8, offered to call around and find where I could get them, not great when movers are waiting. Besides that that pickup was very pleasant and the online check in was a big time saver. Dropping it off the woman came in and said I needed to pay a cleaning fee since there was some sand and a few pieces in the back, which I easily swiped out with one of the 8 blankets, the proceeded to say there was cake all over the cab, I didnâ€™t eat in it, had it for 5 hours and 28 miles. Told her whatever was on the floor was there when I got it. Truck was filthy outside, scraped up and tape on the box, windshield had to be cleaned to have good visibility, yet the crumbs on the floor was an issue! She did waive the cleaning fee but after moving out a storage unit it wasnâ€™t the experience. Funny thing is I need a 26â€™ box in 2 weeks and will use a different location even if itâ€™s farther, and I was going to ask them for a quote on a fence for our new house, it with that service!

The gas tank was a little to the left of "F" They called it Full. When we filled up for 148 miles, it took 21.11 gallons and then the gauge was pinned to the right. We called Mr. Fence and U-Haul & they both said to bring it back the same. We did & got charged for the gas. We brought it to Less Stress at 5:03. I called & CJ said to drop it off. When the bill came I explained the gas situation. He said he would credit us. Instead he charged us $8.13 instead of crediting us. I have to dispute that charge. It seems that there is no communication between your UHaul locations and corporate. The drop off location should have received an email explaining this. We should be credited from.UHaul on the gas. Thank you.

I put gas back in before retuning apparently I was a few gallons short and got charged 23.00 absolutely insanity. They claimed it was more under then where it really was when she went out to check. They will tell you to fill at 11/16 what the hell is that I put in what I thought was close well apparently 23.00 later it wasn't enough never will go back to Mr. Fence for anything!!!!

The truck was NOT at my drop off site in Freehold when I arrived. I was told it was moved to Englishtown. When the rep in Freehold called Englishtown they said that it was moved to Howell. I had a time constraint. I showed up at 8:30 to pick up the truck and I didn't get on the road until 9:45. Very disorganized causing much stress. What will you do for me to make me a happy customer? Refund the cost of the rental? My guess is that I will never hear from you.

Way too expensive. We were moving a dining room table and chairs from Brick to Howell. There's no way it should have cost us $108.05. Other than the cost, we had no issues.

I rented moving blankets that were not there when I picked up truck. It was 6 am in morning and place was not open. It made moving much more difficult.

You can do what it is that you said you would. I gave my word to an elderly woman that I'd move things out of her home at a specific time I had no one available to help but I knew I would be able to take all the furniture up the ramp at her home with no problem with a dolly. The problem was the dolly I requested and paid for wasn't present. Then when I called to complain about it 3 times I was hung up on twice then told by the third agent that I would have to wait 3 business days just to speak to a manager (but uhaul wouldn't wait 3 business days to take my money). I had to tell the third agent to put me on the phone with the manager that was on shift and after being on hold for 30 plus minutes I was hung up on again. If I hadn't already had obligations that I promised to someone I would have cancelled the contract the moment I realized I was charged for something I didn't get. And the issue wasn't the 7 dollar dolly it's the fact that uhaul inconvenienced me and all the employees I spoke with seemed to care less about helping or compensating me..the customer. Smh if this is how you treat your customers I surprised you're still in business.

This was a very good experience. We have worked with them in the past and it was good both times. Their location was clean and very professional and the woman we worked with was very prompt and friendly. It was a very positive experience.

I was quoted a price and told it included everything. When I arrived at the pick up location the price I had to pay was more because the customer service rep never mentioned insurance not being included. I think that is very deceptive because he never told me insurance was not included or asked if I wanted insurance. He gave me a price and said more than once that it was a great price and included everything.

The AP shut off before it told me what to do with the key- I could not re-enter the AP Luckily when l looked around the return spot, I found the slot for the key- so it all worked out. Overall the e-pickup and drop off worked fine, with a bit of tweaking it would be perfect.

Check to make sure vehicle has no warning indicators on, and cargo area is clean prior to rental. First vehicles Tire Pressure Sensor (TPS) light was on indicating low tire pressure; allowed to switch vans but later discovered the cargo area was dirty with sheet rock debris, so I had to sweep out the vehicle.
