This location was a crowded auto shop strip mall type of place. The truck was picked up at a location that wasn't open on a weekday morning and had no one there to help. The truck was also missing booked items that were needed. It was supposed to have a utility dolly, an appliance dolly, and 12 moving pads. In the back of my truck was the utility dolly, a furniture dolly, (not needed) and 4 moving pads (instead of the 12 I needed), so I had to make due without the appliance dolly that I needed and with only 1/3 of the moving pads I requested. I had to call after returning the truck to get refunds for the missing items.

I added a utility dolly and it wasn’t in the truck when i checked it. This place opens at 10am so if you want an early pickup with accessories this is not the place
Edward Tcustomer service is poor, we wanted to reschedule our pick up because it started raining heavily but no one helped to rescheduled
