There was no designated parking for the truck, so I had to wait for gas station customers to leave so I can park. The key box was also missing from the wall where it was supposed to be

The back smelled horrible. The return process was ridiculous. The lady had no idea where I could park the truck. I don't believe she ever closed the account. As I was called four days later to confirm that the truck was returned. Not a very good experience. The gentleman that did the check-in/pick up was great.
Christian T.The Chevron location was fine and convenient and the staff was nice. But again...the app/website was horrific. And the clerk said we HAD to use it for the return process; no other way. We sat on hold in the rain and then used the chat function and it took about 15 minutes to come to a resolution to check in the van. Not a good experience.
