Flat tire on tow dolly. Helped from their end over and above.
Donald AUnfriendly and barely spoke at pick up location. NO signage to point out where to go. Finally found it. Handed over a tablet to self check the truck. When did this start? Additionally, we received a call the DAY PRIOR to our rental agreement for pick up to let us know we needed to pick up at a different location. NO offer or discussion about OUR additional cost AND time. It was thirty minutes EACH way out of our way. That put us behind and we ended up having to pay for another entire day for being a couple of hours behind AND we got charged for two extra miles even though we were forced to pick up several miles away from the original location AND we returned the truck OVER the required gas. AND the customer service rep when we asked to extend a few hours refused to allow it and said we had to pay for another 24 hours and yet had the nerve to ask us to return it EARLY as another family was waiting for it. I’m never renting U-HAUL again! What for? There are SO many other options! In addition to that, I am going to post this review over and over again in Google so it stays on top!

Bradley EI have been renting a truck from U-Haul on a weekly basis for almost a year now and found that out of the local rental sites this one is the best by far. The Manager there, Byron, ensures the truck is clean, gassed up and ready to go each and every week.
