At pick-up I was told he had no appliance dolly that I had reserved and paid for a week prior. This made me scramble all over town trying to find another U-Haul location that had an appliance dolly and would rent it by itself, since I already had everything else. Meanwhile my loading help was standing in front of my home waiting for me. I received several emails and texts from U-Haul throughout the week prior to pick-up but none mentioned any problem with the availability of a dolly.

My bill came to $180. But in addition to the $180 you charged my credit card $298 and $144. I'd like to know where you came up with those charges since my return receipt says $180. I'm not happy with this and expect an answer. This is not on the people at the rental location. This is on you. Very very unhappy.

Clean this location up... guys drinking beer in office...man couldnt see to enter the rental in the computer... truck was on empty he said it had over a 1/4 tank it was on e and I sputtered into a gas station appx a mile from his office

This guy should get all his Uhauls taken from him and he should no longer be allowed to work with or represent Uhaul. He made comments from the minute I showed up about how Uhaul messes everything up and that my reservation would be messed up on the computer, but it appeared to be his incompetence. I had a pickup time scheduled for 5:30 PM . I showed up before 5. He stated that if I would have showed up at 5:30 he would have been gone for the day already. Then while pulling up my information he removed the insurance that I had marked down during my online reservation . He tried to put it back on but couldn't do it, blaming it on uhauls constant updating of their systems. He could barely print out any of the documents, looked like low ink to me. He blamed it on uhaul. I went without the insurance and called after my pickup to add it back but the rep said it couldn't be done. Thankfully I did not have any incident so I guess he saved me 30 bucks. He could barely ready his computer he had to hold up a magnifying glass one inch from the monitor to read anything so I am not sure if he is fit to inspect and hook up a trailer, etc. If I didn't need the trailer that day I wod have gone elsewhere.

The worst thing I have to say is that the inside of the truck reeked of cigarette smoke. Also, the windshield wiper blades were both rotted and split. Luckily it didn’t rain during my move but that could be potentially very dangerous for someone else.

Don’t be fooled by the appearance of this location, even tho it may not be up to date with the latest bells and whistles, Wayne’s commitment to giving me the best service and getting me on the road SAFELY made me feel confident that I was going to be ok. Thanks for a great service Wayne,????

When we returned the truck, The manager complained with a raised voice the entire time that we had informed Uhaul of his use of a magnifier to see the screen as he was inputting our information. He is the one who told us he was legally blind and made issue of it. We had no problem with it until the additional charges came down. The only reason we did notified Uhaul was because are information we feared our information was entered incorrectly by mistake. We weren’t intent on throwing him under the bus at all but we certainly were concerned that we were being charged almost $600 prior to returning the vehicle. He complained loudly until we left the site even through a business call. This was totally unprofessional and concerning since this guy has access to our home address and cc information and clearly now has a personal issue with us. Please privatize our record from this location. Thank you.

The Uhaul facility staff was wonderful. I'd recommend them, however, as long as I live I will NEVER use Uhaul again. Especially, with speaking with Mark ( I think he presented himself as a division mgr.). Mark was rude, defensive, attempted to demean/downsize me & the issue I could get out, as he over talked me, attacked me, with he talk to many people daily. Mark is the PRIMARY Reason, I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. Mind you I've was a Uhaul client for over 3 decades, & I will be sure my fortune 500 company is aware of the horrible horrific behavior of Mark.

Parking lot looked like a junk yard. His office was dirty and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Was at this location for almost 2 hours because he couldn't see and read the company's website. I had to help him do the contract. Problems trying to accept credit card. Tire on trailer was very low on air, one tie strap missing and when I asked the owner about it he said it will be ok with I tie down. I ended up fixing the tire myself and buying straps.
