I dropped my truck off after hours. About an hour or so after i had already dropped off the truck I got a text message stating i could return my it online or they will have to check it in in the morning for an extra $20. I was not told this when i picked up the truck nor have I ever had a $20 "convenience" fee for the company checking in the truck. I couldn't even do it on the app because i had already dropped off the keys so i couldnt take the pictures. It's not fair i got charged more for something I knew nothing about. I will not be returning to this location next time I need a truck. Very disappointed.

The whole experience has been horrible. Truck was not available on time. The woman at the place was extremely rude and refused the $50 refund guarantee. I have been in contact 4 times with uhaul and each time have been told they are sending the refund and almost a month later and still nothing. I will not use this company again and will be letting others know of the horrible customer service all the way around

Linda was simply wonderful in helping us reserve and pick up the tow dolly we rented. It was obvious that she knows the equipment well. She helped us hook up the dolly and provided excellent training and tips on its use. We were very pleased and will look to this location the next time we need to rent.

I could see no way to communicate the time I returned the truck and other rental materials, as it was after hours. I returned all at 7:45, earlier than the 8:00 PM contract called for, but there was no clock to punch. The sesrvice was very good, and friendly. The truck was in good condition and fairly clean, but I did leave it cleaner that it was when I picked it up. Overall, a good experience!

The email I got sent me to S&L repair on grand Avenue when I got there they were getting everything set up then when I went to sign it was not my name so he looked it up and they had sent me to the wrong place I asked him if my credit card was refunded he said yes but it does not show on my statement. The place they sent me to next was great it didn't take long and I was on my way.please make sure my money is back in my bank please thank you mary williams

Pro's: Reserving the truck online and checking in online were both an easy process that worked well. The truck was in good repair and ran fine. Cons: 1.)The rental location opens at 8 a.m. so I reserved a truck for 8:30 a.m. giving them plenty of time to get open, etc. It appeared that we arrived at 8:30 along with the person opening. The truck was not ready to rent and their computer wasn't even turned on yet and ready to go. So we had to step outside while the person looked over the truck and got it ready. 2.) When we returned the truck the lady said we drove 147 miles so we owed $130+ dollars for mileage when we only drove 9 miles. Once the owner got involved she figured out that there was a mistake in the paperwork but until that time the lady kept saying, "That's what the computer says so that's what you owe." We told her twice to look at the rental papers from the person before us but instead we felt like they we calling us liars. Maybe people do that but we don;t and a quick look at the previous rental agreement would have proven our innocence. Instead we stood at the counter for at least 30 minutes getting to the bottom of things. All in all the rental truck was fine but I'll look elsewhere the next time I find myself needing to rent a U-Haul. The check-in time and return time took way too long considering I checked in online. And no one apologized to us for our inconvenience of having to stand around while they figured out that we weren't lying to them about the mileage.

I used truck for 23 miles, I was charged for 64 miles. Raff’s Power Wash never verified mileage with me before leaving. I kept my end of the deal by sweeping back of the truck and replacing gas, which I filled to full when it wasn’t full when I got truck. I was called a liar and accused of trying to steal services. I assumed a U-Haul dealer would be an honest organization and I certainly hope U-Haul doesn’t condone this of their dealers. Never again will I rent a U-Haul unless this is made right and I get my money I was overcharged back.

Raff's was very easy to deal with. The trailer I reserved was ready for me to pick up and they were helpful in hooking the trailer to my van. The trailer itself worked very well for my needs: it pulled easily, it backed easily and all the lights worked.

My U-Haul died on me. We had to jump it three or four times just to get to the location to deliver my things ant to return it. And we had to jump it and then keep it running to bring it back. Not a good experience at all. Terrible truck. Nice lady at the desk but she offered no help on Saturday morning when I called to tell her the truck was dead


Joseph and Owen went the extra miles to make sure I was able to get the reserved truck on the day I needed it. For some reason the 26' unit was not where it was to be. Owen was able to locate the unit and Joseph came and picked me even though his business is closed on Sunday's. Because of these gentlemen I was able to meet up with the 4 other men that were available on Sunday evening to help me load the truck. If not for the extra effort my son and I would have struggle a lot to load the furniture. KUDOS to Joseph, the owner of Raff's and Owen, the regional U-Haul manager.

I am very disappointed with U-Haul as a company. I ordered a trailer for a specific location and time. Upon confirmation of trailer the location was changed 15 miles past my original location and the time was an hour later. When I call the traffic dept they told me that’s just how it is. Unacceptable. I will post negative review about U-Haul and my experience. This is not the first time it has happened to me. Last time they did the same thing when renting trucks. Will never use U-Haul again. I should have been compensated for my troubles but like I said that’s just how it is.

I had to drive an extra 2 hours to get the uhaul. I was told multiple times I could do self serve since I had to go out of my way to get the uhaul. The day before picking up the uhaul I was told I couldn’t do self serve at that location putting me hours behind on my move. The worker at uhaul was 10 minutes late getting there and took over 20 minutes to check me out even though I did the express check out then laughed and asked if I was in a hurry. This was a horrible experience and we will never use uhaul again for our moving needs.
