Maybe if the person did his job and maybe I won't have to fill out the contract literally I filled out everything all my personal information everything but the truck information I put down Eddie had it all right there in front of them my driver's license and my credit card information but he still couldn't do it

Rep. Gus F. is rude and not professional. 1. The truck odometer should automatically be set on the miles not the trip. Not everyone know which button to press to see the miles. Was unable to verify the mileage on the truck with what's on paper. I would think the rep. would do a walk around and verify the mileage and gas before giving the key. Since the truck was set on trip and no walk through was done i got charged 30 extra miles and had to pay for gas i did not use. But yeah it's my fault i forgot to check the gas cuz i didn't know which button was the mileage button and i was in a hurry. So basically someone drove 30 miles and used the gas and it fell on me. Upon returning the truck Gus wanted me to put $20 worth of gas which i refused. He gave me the key back and said he's not taking it now and charging me for another day. Then he closed the gas station and took off soon after. All this is in the system with uhaul. Bad experience renting from a gas station. Very unprofessional. Took $100 cash deposit and when i returned the truck act like he forgot. He basically didn't check anything and was ok till i brought up the $100 deposit. Didn't get my money back cuz he closed shop and took off. Was charged extra and paid extra for gas cuz somehow the truck just basically ran up miles and burned up gas on its own. I just happen to be the lucky one to cover the cost. Thank you Gus and thank you uhaul for this wonderful experience. I recieved an email from Art that i was refunded to my card on file. Don't see a refund yet but will wait a couple days if it goes through. Big company make things complicated. I paid cash $100 for deposit and now have to wait if a refund is going on my card that i didn't use for the deposit. It took 1 second to take my money. I have to fight to get it back in a different form (if i do get it back) so for this wonderful experience i would not recommend or refer anyone to uhaul especially this 76 gas station location.

I was there Saturday at 1:05pm and the woman who helped me had the best customer service anyone could ask for. Extremely friendly, attentive, informative. I will be back at the end of he month for another rental at this facility because of her service.

The staff at this location is really helpful, and the trucks are clean and solid and run great. I had to rent from them twice, and both times they were there for me in my stressful situation which was moving.

1. the vehicle was dirty at pick up 2. the location is under-staffed as only one person took care of gas and uhaul customer. 3. at drop off time, I was asked to take the clerk's personal cell phone and then snap a picture of the odometer and the gas gauge. 4. I received a call from the store owner telling me that a. the payment did not go through. b. he will be charging me an extra day if this is not resolved c. that he is loosing the commission on the contract because of my payment issue. 5. When I recommended that I could pay via phone, he refused stating quoted "what is I was a scam". He said that I would need to pay in person. Because of my satisfactory past experience with Uhaul I reached out to Uhaul CSR and did receive better guidance. This location is at at all at the Uhaul standard I received from past rental.

1st I called the Uhaul dispatch and had a rude lady on the phone who was arguing with me when all I wanted to do was rent a uhaul, she hung up on me and I had to call back. I reserved the Uhaul then proceeded to go to the authorized Uhaul rental gas station. It would have been nice to be told that the company was inside a gas station. Then the gas station attendant told me that they do not rent uhauls so I informed him there is a small sign stating this is an authorized Uhaul dealer with Uhauls In the parking area and I have a reservation with this address. Then after I finally got the attendant to admit they rent uhauls I proceeded with the rental, then the attendant told me I had to return the Uhaul back at that same gas station. I had to get on the phone with his boss and ask why do I have to drive all the way back to Westminster when I live in Whittier??? I informed the boss that I have been renting uhauls for over 20 years and have always been able to return the uhauls where my destination was. The boss agreed with me and said yes you can do that. The problem was with the guy working at gas station and the lady arguing on the phone. Who argues with customers, I was rude I must admit but she was arguing with me, I have worked in customer service many years ago and the customer isn't always right but your job is to make the customer think they are right and never to argue with them. This means that either Uhaul did not do their job in training the lady on the phone & the gas station owner didn't train his employee on Uhaul rentals, or you both have idiot employees who just don't give a shit!

make sure the trunk being rented out is not broken, everythng was delayed because of a faulty truck, and the credit for the rental isnt processed yet
