Vehicule covered with ice. Parking lot full of snow, inadéquate tires, had to push it to get out. No one to receive the véhicule the next day and make sure all was ok. Got no return receipt. Can't wait to get my credit card statement to make sure i wasn't cheated !!!

IRINA C.The car was not cleaned off there was significant ice on the wipers and front mechanisms. The car was stuck in the snow and I had to dig it out which took 30 mins. The vehicle smelled like smoke and there was something spilled on the passenger side out of sight that I cleaned up.
