Nothing needs improvement! At this location I have had the very best uhaul experience I have EVER HAD!! Ever! And i have rented from you since the 1990s if not longer!. I keep coming back to 9g Storage. Beth in the office is amazing. Makes check-out and check-in simple. No hassles. Straightforward! So friendly, thorough, accurate, polite, and professional. Because of Beth, I have opted to use 9G instead of transporting something i could have moved in my car. Cannot say enough good things about her customer service!
