I booked a car dolly using the national booking phone number. When I went to the location to pick up the car dolly, the agent was not at his store. The staff there were not trained in UHaul procedures and could not release the unit to me. The agent was eventually reached but he could not come in. The agents relative (apparently also trained but not present) could also not come in as he was in another city. Eventually, the agent logged in to the Uhaul system remotely and with me on the phone and using the computer terminal myself, created an entirely new booking (so I had to input all my information again). So much time was wasted that I ended up not using the car dolly as I missed the car hauler I was trying to meet. CANNOT recommend, and frankly this agent should lose his dealership. Even his staff said so.

We had to use 2 credit cards because the terminal didn't accept the first one and then when we tried to use the 2nd credit card, uhaul deemed it as a debit and charged us an extra $100 as a deposit. This was not communicated to us prior to picking up the truck and we had spoken to 2 representatives beforehand.
