Please ensure that the trucks are properly maintained and cleaned and filled with gas prior to dropping them at a location that has no employees. The app froze and fucked up. You made me drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up the UhAul and 20 miles back. You also wanted me to drop off the U-Haul 20 miles away and I said fuck that and called you guys and told you that I was dropping it at the one that was 2 miles away from my house. This entire experience has been terrible.Then you have the audacity to charge me 21$ for fuel. Refund the $21.00 immediately as i had to get fuel as soon as I picked it up. This is bullshit. Then the return guy was pissed i returned it with the same fuel i picked it up from.

Kelly sTrying to use the app. To pick up remotely was not easy to use. It took a long time to get the truck and drop off. The location and truck itself was good!
Shawn ANo human was present on site, everything was done via the app. Although efficient, could have been a challenge if something needed to be addressed.
