Truck smelt of cat urine. Also, truck had several places that was scratched and dented that was not marked with a sticker. I believe that that could cause problems and someone being blamed for damages they did not do. they did not carry any kind of ratchet straps or moving supplies. Other than that the owner was extremely nice and easy to get along with.

The night drop off procedure was simple to use and the video does a great job showing you what to do. This location was very convenient to drop the trailer off. I noticed the inventory was very small so I'm not sure if I could recommend it to a friend.

Note on the door saying closed, back at 3. Unprofessional. Had to call U-Haul to find out where to go and what to do. Waited on hold for 7 minutes. Found out it was a 24 hour drop off. Lady on phone was very nice and helpful.

Ritt as a owner of a U-Haul rental center is a huge step above the rest. We have moved 25+ times in our life and used U-Haul every time. We have never come across a more helpful and caring owner throughout this whole time. We drove 12 extra miles to pick up from Ritt due to his existing excellent reviews and he confirmed they were all true. We rented twice from him in a 10 day period and both times his service was impeccable! Make the drive, you won't regret it.
