Make sure your employees don’t put personal calls before customers. I waited for close to 30 minutes for her to be free to help me with a rental I had already reserved and checked in myself. I walked in the office and she immediately snapped for me to “get out” and “wait until she was done”. All she had to do was take my payment and send me on my way. Then she had an attitude with me BECAUSE of HER phone call!! Her condescending attitude and dumbfounding tone are the sole reason I will NEVER, EVER come back to this location.

We ended up not being able to use the trailer after all, and called this location to schedule a return. They were open and we spoke to someone on the phone. By the time we arrived, just a few minutes later, the office was still supposed to be open according to the times posted on the window and what the gal on the phone told us, yet at 10 minutes before closing, knowing we were on our way to return a trailer they closed and locked up! We had to leave the trailer in the yard as the person at U-Haul's 1-800 number told us to. Even with all that, they weren't going to refund any of the money for what was supposed to be a one-way trip across the country for 5-7 days when we only had the use of it just over 24 hours. I did get a receipt by email showing a trailer return at 8 am the morning AFTER we returned it. To add insult to it all, they didn't return ANY of our $732.00! After checking the credit card statement, on March 14, I called U-Haul and got a complaint number 1722156 after speaking with Judith. She told me we would be contacted within 72 hours by an gentleman named Andrew. We heard nothing. There was an email confirmation of the complaint number, but nothing more. When I tried reaching someone I sat on hold forever so I replied to Judith's email only to be told I had to call the main number again. In reviewing the next month's statement that finally got forwarded by a neighbor, there was a $669.63 credit so I ended up paying $62.45 when I was unable to use the trailer. Though I know it wasn't the fault of the U-Haul rental place that we were unable to use the trailer, the customer service was terrible. Most of the places we have used previously would have only charged us for one day's rental and not been so slow about refunding the money. Perhaps they figured we were too far away to care. I have always used U-Haul before and appreciated how good they were to work with, but I may never use them again. It left a real bad impression and undid years of positive experiences working with other locations. Since this instance we have used a competitor twice for our needs.

Was unable to find a open location. Dropped trailer off mid afternoon in open lot. Not real comfortable about that. Called Monday 1st thing and the lady was nice, checked me in and called back to let me know everything was good.

The office was well maintained and the experience was very simple, straight forward, transparent and honest. the Truck i received was in EXCELLENT condition.I received my confirmation and pick up scheduling call on time right when i was told i could expect it. i was very satisfied ! Dropped off after hours, so can't comment on staff. The process for dropping off was a bit of a pain, having to climb in and out of truck taking pics and doing process online on phone while having a screaming 3 year old but it does cover you as far as proof of gas/mileage, just really wish it was a smoother process. Next time I'll drop off during business hours.

Check in after hours was confusing and frustrating. After a long day of moving you just want to park the truck and drop the keys.

Double check the cleanliness of the cab. Also, if someone comes in to return the truck, don't ask them to do online check in because you don't want to walk out to do the return. Kind of defeats the purpose of customer service.

I called the guy stating I would be a little late to my appointment. He stated I needed to be there by 3:00. I asked if he could leave the keys for me and he said "no" I was there at 2:50 and the location was closed. I had to wait on hold with Uhaul customer service for over 30 minutes for them to tell me the key was in a locker outside of the building. I have never rented a Uhaul so this was a new and very stressful experience.

The hours listed on the website and the business do not match. We came mid day to drop off our rental and no one was there. The door stated they would be back at 9 am, yet at 2 pm there was no one there.
