I made the reservation for a different location. When I got there to pick up, the unit was not available. The person I had made the phone reservation with was not on location and rented the unit which was already rented. The people at the first location were quick to find another location where a unit was available. Your system is worthless. I tried to find a location online with an available unit, and it listed multiple locations that I had already called and didn’t have any units available.

When I set up the reservation, this is the location I selected. When you confirmed the location, you sent me to a different dealer. They weren’t prepared for the reservation, so I ended up where I wanted to be in the first place. Don’t change customer preferences unless there is an equipment availability problem.

The company needs to upgrade because to do express check out took 15 mins and we ended up having to leave copies of license and card I order to go with our truck.

The cab of the truck was wet so the movers had to find a tarp to lay down so my furniture didn’t get soaked. Other than that the experience was flawless and I will definitely be returning. When I had to keep the truck for longer than scheduled, Michael switched the hours with no problem. Everyone was so helpful.
