Dropping off the trailer was ridiculous. We drove 40 minutes to an unsafe location. We then waited 30 minutes searching for the drop box!! Never found! I would not recommend your company aftert this experience.

Danny NThe neighborhood had a lot of questionable people wandering around. The pick-up process took FOREVER! We were standing in 112 degrees for over 40 min trying to get a customer service call through to a live person to help us! What a nightmare! Then, there was lots of construction and an accident all around there and we had to take a different route and it added so many miles that I had to end up paying an additional $75! Ridiculous!!!
Marcy FI’m being charged extra and I didn’t even use the U-Haul the day I was supposed to because they didn’t give me the right code for the lock so I couldn’t use it till the next morning. And I even turned it in early and I’m still being charged extra
