Fast and easy service. In and out with truck no problems. 20ft truck 24hr about 50 miles about $100. Dont change anything

Never told me I needed to add ins. When I got to pick up place. Instead maybe 40 bucks taxes and miles it was 60 dollars. I was shocked. So I rather find a truck and give them 20 bucks for gas next time

Experience was frustrating. I rented a 17’ truck at a location only to be notified that I would have to travel 3 times farther to another location to get the truck I reserved. Ended up accepting a smaller truck. I spoke to customer service and the acknowledged that this was a problem but offered no solution. Truck was clean. Service was good and overall experience was acceptable. Will probably check alternate companies next time.

The Uhaul was great however the location was disgustingly filthy. Smelled like Sewer in the front office. You could barely stand to be in the office while the paperwork was being completed. I reserved my Uhaul on line and the order was completely wrong. Took us forever to get waited on the gentleman that was helping us was to worried about having a cigarette.

Location at first did not to accept our Van. We were told they don’t take Vans there. They took the van after seeing their location was on my paperwork. The location smelled horrible inside.

Trailer lights did not work. They did not have test equipment. This delayed our departure and added stress.

The truck I rented the air conditioning kept going out. The associate didnt go over the truck it wasn't pulled up to the door. The associate said it was out front once he realized it wasn't he went and got it.

Was asked to drop off here instead of dropping off in Surprise. Once again, I had to go to yet another location out of my way. Not sure who dose your scheduling, but they sure did not make it convenient for us.

Make sure customer service doesn’t stop at drop off. I pre-reserved a dolly the day before in phx to deliver a car one way to Tucson for $45. When I got there I was informed that the uhaul agent had went home early and the person whom had set up the reservation should have informed me. I talked the mechanic on duty to help me finish my rental. I dropped the car in Tucson and delivered the trailer early the next day as agreed. Then I was informed I would be paying $126 which is almost 3 times the amount I was quoted. I talked with the salesman whom couldn’t help me the talked to the floor manager then another on the phone all whom couldn’t help me. The manager on the phone said since there were not any notes on my paperwork there was nothing he could do. So after waiting 45 min at both places I still walked out paying almost 3 times as much as I was quoted. I am currently waiting for Monday to try and get some sort of refund on what I was over charged.

2 guys behind the counter ignored us when we stood there waiting to return truck. Finally the one guy said ONE word to us, in a very frustrated tone.....,”Keys”....and he held his hand out!! We handed him the keys & he never said another word....just turned around & walked away. The other guy continued to ignore us as he stared into his computer. Finally the first guy came back in & said “ok” to the guy at the computer. He printed out our receipt & handed it to me without a word!! VERY RUDE & IMPERSONAL..... TERRIBLE customer service (if you could even call it “customer service”...????)

The self check out is very hard to use, the app had issues, we had to wait multiple times to speak to a phone rep. If every i isn't dotted and t crossed, it will not work. We had an issue because there was not a zero in front of the number 1 on a date. It took an hour and 20 minutes just to get the truck. Then there were only 5 of the 24 furniture pads that were supposed to be there. I was also charged an additional $11.00 to pick it up, and I have no idea why. I have been to busy moving to spend the time on the phone with them, yet again, to ask about it.

They forgot to include blankets that I paid for, the truck rode terribly, and we had to wait almost an hour and a half to pick up the truck because of a computer problem.

Did not have the trailer i ordered on line. Didn't call me to tell me that they didn't have it then have me the wrong address to pick up the trailer. They told that they sold that location and really didn't care about my business because they just lost their job. I ended up spending 2 hours to get a trailer that i reserved online a week before. I should have gotten a discount for the trouble i had getting a trailer
