The Mobile staff were very friendly and helpful. The return was quick and easy. Although, I had a hard time finding it at first. A larger U-Haul sign would be ideal.

The employee at the Mobil station was not familiar with the process on your tablet, she was the only employee at the time, since this is a gas/convenient store there were many interruptions. There were issues entering my credit card, the system kept denying. I ended up giving $100.00 cash for a deposit, however on my debit card ending #9620 there is a charge for $103.00. My rental date was 1/9/21, picked up at a Mobil Station at 35th Ave./Union Hills, PHX. AZ brought back less than 5 hrs. The night shift worker had no idea how to process my u-haul drop off. I would recommend better training for processing drop offs.

The check in system was broken and took forever. Also the door on the truck had the spring and cable system disabled and took two men to open. Please credit $20 back for the issue. Thank you.
