No one was at the uhal/beauty saloon office. Had to call a number and wait 20 min for some one to show up then wait another 15min to find the keys. Also my drop off location changed for some reason

My reservation did not include the equipment I had requested/needed. I was looking for someone at the front desk but no one was available. Called the number posted on door and no one answered. Wish I would’ve picked up somewhere else.
