The truck was dirty and sticky. Was not the fault of the Glenoma Wa. office. He was the most helpful and professional person and would highly recommend his location. Trailer was clean . And after I got back Bill the person in charge, had me check the trailer lights to make sure they were working. He explain what I didnt check and the next renter came to rent a defective trailer that would be bad for his company, thoughtful and true, keep this guy around. First your online site is hard to use and incompetent. Ihe pickup place had to redo it even after I had completed the form, except for the drivers license pics the website never would upload those. As for the equipment, the truck we were rented had no ramp and no large dollie. And last the attendant at the site was nice at pickup, however, he was argumentative when we returned the truck, said we were a 1/16 of a gallon short on gas, we weren't, and the nearest gas station is 10 miles away. The he said we hadn't cleaned the truck. It had been pouring rain and we wiped what we could but sweeping it out was impossible. It will be a cold day in He!! Before I will us Uhaul again.
