Andy was so helpful and patient. I Unknowingly was not prepared to tow a trailer due to a non-functioning electrical connection. He immediately got a cube truck up and ready for my use. It was a more sensible choice for the weather and the overall move. We were protected when loading and could stand up while packing the load. This transaction took quite a bit of time but Andy was relaxed and so easy to work with and we had a very successful day.

The guys at the location were excellent. The problem is the online booking. I booked a small trailer for $14.95. When I arrived, no small trailer was available. They didn’t know I was coming. They got me a trailer but it was huge and I paid more money. Very disappointed with the online part not matching up with the pick up place. Again, the guys at the power centre location did their best with what they had but they should not have been left to scramble.
