Tried saying I drove a certain amount of mileage,charging me way more for my rental than needed.Something is off on their mileage.If they had gps monitoring on the rentals,this whole thing could’ve been avoided.Lady on the phone had an attitude instead of working with me to come to a conclusion.Was told I would get a call from the manager,never heard from anyone.This business will never get support from me or anyone I know in the future.

We rented van but system gave us wrong key gave us key to truck & then we couldn’t put right mileage so now system over charged us plus we couldn’t drop off truck at a closer location I tried calling no answer I’ve always used uhaul for many years & this is the first time I ran into so many problems & being over charged & had to drive so far
Jonathan TThis uhaul rep tried to accuse me of damage I didn't do and have pics to prove but have spent hours fixing thier fraudulent reps lies and this may also effect my up coming rental. This is completely unexceptable.
