I had a great experience with this office, Paul was amazing and funny! I rented the cargo van for the day. Paul was informative about what to expect, was covid compliant and when the van wouldn't start (the key wouldn't turn) I was able to call him up and he troubleshot the problem over the phone and we were on our way again. That saved the day because we were all the way in bonney lake. Definitely will rent from here again!

I had one of the rear Dually Tires blow out while I was in rush-hour traffic on a major freeway, causing the truck to Careen into the next lane. I think the tires should be checked better before renting a vehicle out. It was extremely frightening and the truck was a lot more difficult to drive than normal.I didn't know what had caused it to do that but when we got there my son noticed the inside tire had completely disintegrated.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Even though I could have figured it out, they took the time to point out the little things, like, where the fuel lid was, what type of fuel, how to open the tailgate, since a previous renter bent the rear bumper, as well as how to operate the parking brake (which was a push button, and not the normal set and release).
