There was no help to get the cat hauler attached to the truck and no one who knew how to load and secure the vehicle. The vehicle poi led up at arrow feed was very dirty and had not been cleaned. The tires were worn and raised concerns of flat tires, on the 1000 mile trip

We tried booking with customer service, but they were difficult to deal with, so we went to the local dealer. He was fantastic, quick and assured us he would have the trailer available. Far better to deal with local folks.

Yes I'd recommend with stipulations. Im sure if you pick up while the facility is open it would be a breeze. However, if you pick up after hours there needs to be information at the site on the process, first you "have" to have the Uhaul App downloaded. If you dont know this you are screwed, there are no instructions anywhere referencing this fact. It took me 30 minutes to figure this out on my own and another 30 to figure out the App. Needless to say I was an hour late getting to where I needed to be.

Nice guy. Fast and easy. The other place Lelands was terrible Truck bad shape. Put 18 dollars in and took back. Did not give me credit. Hope someone can help me. He has copy of receit.
