This location was the worst. We ordered the truck for the 24/7 contactless pick up since they didn't open until 9:30. Well we got there at 8:00am our pick up time and no keys were left for us. Needless to say we had to come back when they opened and the lady was extremely put out and not helpful. They didn't have the size truck we requested or the moving items we needed such as furniture dolly or moving covers. The lady told us whatever is in the truck is what you get and she didn't have the items to give us. Well there were no items in the truck. The truck also had a foul order and did not look clean.Humberto G.

I had a terrible experience with U-Haul overall, but it was not this locations fault. She did everything she could to ensure I got into my rental, including cutting the lock off so I could get the keys! Based on my experience with U-Haul in general, I will NOT rent with U-Haul again. That lady was very helpful, and courtious. The problem lies with U-HAUL its self. I called to book a tow dollies to move my 84 Mercedes Benz. I gave all the info then was told "U-HAUL" would not be able to help me because the merc. Was to low. NOT true, I had another merc I moved awhile back so I knew it would fit and not catch or rub or drag. I am not happy with U-HAUL. If I have to do business with U-HAUL i will do it thru an off site.ken M.
I was completely mislead on pricing and ended up being charged almost $50 more than what I was told. We went over all the fees when I booked. Then when returning the uhaul and trying to get someone to help me with the huge cost difference I just kept being sent to someone else. 3 people later it still isn't resolved. My frustration level is through the roof now and had gone on for 2 days. Hopefully I'll actually get myrefund for the difference. That will be the only way uhaul can make it right in my book. On our trip the rear right outer tie went flat, we waited for a recovery personnel top arrive, after he replaced the tire he showed me the condition of the tire. To my surprise the entire tire was threadless, not wormed out, but completely bald of threads. Now imagine had that tire blew out while at 55 miles hour while towing my wife's Caravan? Can you imagine the disaster it could've created? Not to mention the danger you placed our lives in, my son and myself. After that incident, I had trouble sleeping and concentrating, just thinking about how your company almost ruined our family. That is totally unacceptable and I am presently consulting an attorney to take legal action against your company. That is totally negligent and downright irresponsible (I have pictures to prove it ). I rented your equipment in good faith, trusting that the vehicle was in safe operating conditions, but obviously that was not the case. In fact, additionally I will contact the DOT and send them copies of the picture of tire. But that will just not be satisfactory, I will contact the Channel 7 news here in Miami as well as in Texas, and ask that they conduct their own investigation and bring it to the attention of the public, because as a hardworking and retired federal officer, I feel I have a responsibility to inform others of the dangers in renting with your company. I will also go on social media, and there are plenty of followers, notify and place the pictures on the social media. As soon as I consult an attorney, I will contact you or my atoorney will.ERIC M.
She didn't know how to process the check out correctly, so we sat there for an hour while she tried over and over again. She took two personal calls while attempting to check us out. Then this location didn't even have any of the additional equipment for my reservation. I had to drive down the road to acquire the blankets and dolly that I needed. Disappointed overall with this experience. Please educate your staff. They need a refresher on the CRM software you use as well as a course on customer service skills. Don't shoot the shit with your aunt while checking me out!KYLE C.
