Slide-out ramps were very hard to get out. I ended up pouring oil on them to have any chance of getting them out. I will have to go to another location the next time.

Lighting in return area would be helpful
Andrew CEverything went okay until I got the follow up bill. It said that I kept blankets and had some other charges that were incorrect. At this point, I'm too effin exhausted to fight with you'll about it. Keep the money, rot in hell.

Ensure that the renting location knows that a reservation has been made. 2.)Have/enforce some minimum standards for the presentation of the rental location. 2.)Require that there is a shelter from the weather that can be used by a customer while the transaction is taking place. 4.)Require that a copy of the documentation can be printed-out/read/signed during the transaction. 5.) Ensure that the requirement(?) for pictures to be taken initially is explained/understood. 6.)Ensure that the extra supplies that were guaranteed to be available are indeed available.
