Rude obnoxious, would not check in, acted like we was causing him major "Butt Hurt" we didn't create. Had 16 rigs to check in before he would get to us. We waited there while he checked in all of them. If he was checking them in as they came in guess he would not have such a backlog of rigs to do,,,,right? You see I worked for Uhaul in Anchorage Alaska. Airforce, Army, Coastguard all use Uhaul to get there. Major hub in Anchorage. I was a mechanic repairing and doing "Conditional resets" on all incoming rigs that drove the "Alaska Highway" thru Canada. So I know a thing or two about this too. What happened to the friendliness we used to bestow unto our customers? It just does not exist anymore.Randal W.

Please do not have UHaul corporate call to make arrangements when a truck is not "available" They called and told me my 20ft truck wasn't available and they only had a 26ft and I would be able to check it out until later in the afternoon than what I needed. They said I would need to switch if I still wanted to rent a truck. I called the local rental place and spoke with them about what they had and they not only had a 20ft truck, but several 20ft trucks! They probably mess things up with a lot of people and cost people way more money than what people originally were planning on spending. The local rental place switched everything back for me and got things right again. Corporate needs to stay out of it, their customer service was horrible as well. It is not right to scam people out of their money.Lacey H.

We reserved the trucks a month in advance to pick up at our local business, two days before pick up we found out we had to drive 70 miles to get the trucks. No one cared, everyone just shrugged and said, oh well, nothing we can do about it. We will never use uhaul again, and this is the 15th move that we have used your services due to job relocations.Danielle W.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever received. The moment I walked through the door the man was rude and made it seem like a burden that I was there. One of the first things he said to me was, â€œI'm just trying to get this done. I don't get paid for lunch time, and that's in 10 minutes.â€William C.

This guy needs to learn how to do his job. Took about 45 minutes to finally get everything done on the computer after I had already done it online the night befoe. Apparently he wrote out the contract for local so after driving over 800 miles and bringing it to the drop off location they said it was supposed to go back where I got it in the first place. Fortunately the people at Red Bluff California fixed the problem. Otherwise it would have cost me double.Ricky L.
Allow people to rent one way without a drop off penalty at your destination. I had to haul my trailer 400 miles empty to my storage facility in another state and then back full to drop off at the original rental location to avoid a 300 and some odd dollars drop-off fee! Makes no sense! But properly loaded, the trailer performed flawlessly!Dennis W.

Apparently your computer system was down, I waited 40 minutes for the poor guy to process my credit card. When I got home my card had been charged twice, I called the 800 uhaul number and told them they had charged me twice they didn't care! This had also overdrawn my account. I offered to send them a picture of the double charge, they said they had only charged me once and that was that. Very disappointed in customer service.
