This is not a desk checkout location and the combination locks for access to the key is tempermental. We could not get the lock to open and the person that was in the adjacent business had to assist in getting it unlocked. Very frustrating

TROY JWorst U-Haul experience ever. Rented a 26' truck online from Woods in Sunrise Beach. Day before we picked up the truck, got an email confirming date and time but pick-up location was different. Showed up at the newclocation and was told they didn't open for an hour after our scheduled pick up. We were on a tight schedule and needed the truck at 0800! After numerous phone calls we were FINALLY able to get the truck. I've used U-Haul many times in the past and not had issues like this.
