This site is a gas station with a large vacant former Arby's restaurant in the remainder of the building. From the street, it looked 'closed'. However, the one person/employee in the building was helpful in enabling me to drop of the van without any problem.
BENJAMIN EPeople there did not know how to do the uhaul tranaction in the system. They had to call the boss. It took well over forty minutes to get the keys. No receipt. Same thing when bringing it back.
Mary AThis location was not even open when I arrived. The employee had no idea I had rented a truck, and since the reservation was made over a week ago, I was told I would be able to pick it up, ready to go with the car hauler attached at 7 AM. I wasn’t able to leave with my rental until after 10:30. This wasted my time, and the 6 others waiting to help me move. This also pushed out cross country move to the next day, which ruined all my travel plans. Also, when I arrived in New Hampshire, they found out the pickup location gave me the wrong car hauler.
Sam MWe waited 40 minutes for someone to come and assist us. We were charged way over promised even tho Uhaul called to say they’d waive the additional upgrade fee. Will never use this location again.
