The customer service at this location was A1+++!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. The equipment was clean, and appeared to be well maintained. One area of concern that has nothing to do with this location, is that the trailers no longer have jacks connected to them. I understand the lack of a Jack is likely due to high theft of the trailers, also as I was told it was for the safety of the customer so they don't disconnect the trailer and then reconnect it improperly to prevent a safety issue. But there are situations where the Jack would also be necessary for the safety of the customer if for example they had a tire blow out on their tow vehicle and had to change the tire using the vehicles provided scissor Jack which is very weak and not rated to lift the trailer connected to the vehicle. Or if the customer needed to have their vehicle towed or serviced in another way that required the trailer to be disconnected. That's my two cents! I would definitely rent from this location again 10/10 thank you!

The staff was so friendly and helpful and everything was ready for me to go. Also, returning the van was great as I was in a hurry (my husband has Parkinson's Disease and he was waiting for me at home). They took care of everything. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them to any and all.
