The truck was almost empty with gas when I first picked it up. When I returned it, I was charged a huge fee for not having the gas exactly what it should be, even though it was only a little bit off. Upon first getting into the truck I noticed one of the air conditioner vents was broken. There’s no cruise control which was a pain for a long trip like mine. There’s no usb port for the phone, only an aux port which is way outdated and doesn’t charge the phone. The uhaul was also very expensive and seemed overpriced

Gary PThere was no one at the facility for 1.5 hours after my requested pick-up time that could check out the truck. I pre-checked out on line and then my credit card information was requested again. What is the point of completing the on-line check out process only to be asked for the information again? Awful and frustrating experience.
