We had a major issue in that our reservation seemed to have fallen through the cracks. My parents had made the reservation at the store at 800 W Camino Casa Verde, Green Valley, AZ 85614. When we arrived there they first said that they didn't have it, then said it was at the Green Valley Chevron. As we were driving there to get the truck I called and was told there was no reservation. Thankfully they had one truck, not the one we had originally requested, but at least they had a truck. When I called the store on Camino Casa Verde back to find out what happened they said that they took the reservation but that the website had the truck reserved at the Chevron. The guy at Camino Casa Verde was a jerk and I would never send someone to that location. The guy at Chevron, Dylan, was very kind and very helpful. The truck we got at the Chevron was the last in Green Valley, had the Casa store messed up this move believe me I would have raised some hell.Joel B.

The gentlemen at the Green Valley location was very helpful, he told me the woman at the other location had a history of making mistakes, and everything she did was incorrect, he then had to charge me a dollar because I returned the trailer to the wrong location.Jason B.

The initial experience was not too bad, although I had to wait a long time to actually get the paperwork done and get the vehicle. However, the return was a nightmare. This is a very busy gas station and there was one girl working the counter to help store customers and do the U-Haul check in. I waited over a half an hour to return the truck and she finally called the manager to help me. The manager should have known much earlier what was going on, however, in his defense he also had a lot a vender deliveries coming in at the same time. I would go to an actual U-Haul stand-alone store next time.ANDREA F.

i wish you had not changed the location i requested... i picked 7am the one you sent me was 3 miles farther away and didnt open until 9am ..... i walked 3 miles to the location i first requested then saw you had sent me an email the day before changing the location.... i was packing the house i didn not see the email but after a week i figured it was at the location i wanted.... they had many of the trucks i wanted...... it was a nightmare... lost three hours of timesteve B.
The pick up of the equipment was great and easy the drop off was horrible my wife was driving to drop it off and the sales associate demanded she had to park it in a tight space she was not comfortable getting it in and refused to help other then tell her if she was going to hit something and told her she had to park it as we rented even though it is a big parking lot and could have been parked and moved later without interfering in other businessJohn B.
Poorly-written U-Haul software gave the inexperienced cashier trouble in fixing the date on my trailer reservation. SOFTWARE that is unduly inflexible and strangely complex. Only the owner of the GV Chevron seems well-versed in using your poor "system software" ...WTF? Same people who did the Sears "point of sale" software? You know what happened to Sears.... Make sure that what the customer asked for online is actually at the facility for the customer. The personnel was great, but a piece of equipment I had requested in advance was not there. It wasn't his fault.Karen M.
Pick up using the phone App was a little confusing. Plan on spending some time getting it all ready before leaving with the truck. However the staff at the Chevron were very friendly and eager to help. Truck was ready and as-ordered at the right time, except for the moving pads. They were not there when I picked up the truck and I didn't realize it. So check in advance. But otherwise the truck was clean and almost brand new. It ran very well. Trick had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I returned it with 1/2 tank.Catherine S.
