I can't open the attachments for my receipt. Also, I was asked to photograph and scan my drivers license. I don't have a QR reader downloaded on my phone. This part if your process is not well thought out. Other than that everything was fineWILLIAM W.
I got charged an extra $57.69 and when I requested my refund, they sent me a receipt and nothing else. The receipt did not have the $57.69 anywhere just my original amount that I was suppose to pay.Kyle R.

The rental agent refused to help me since I selected Smart phone pick-up until I uploaded a picture of my driver license. I was unable to upload my license and ended up losing almost 2 hours of move time for something that could have been avoided. How do you not have a spare key for your trucks. My wife locked the key in the truck in the parking lot at the U-Haul place and you have the nerve to charge us $120 dollars. The key was in the truck. I will never us U-Haul again and I will be making a post about this. This should be illegal or is it a U-haul scam. Either why, I will be getting the work out about your poor practices. Greendale Wisconsin U-Haul location will never get any of my family or friends service again.Shane M.

The person who helped me at the pickup location actually sent me personal texts on a Sunday to make sure all was well, and that I'd be dropping off as expected the following morning. I decided to drop off after-hours Sunday night, and he texted me how to do it, and thanked me for sending pictures when I was done.That's AMAZING service! Well done!!!THOMAS K.
We originally had our drop off location in Hales Corners, WI, but weren't able to drop off there because they couldn't accept trucks 20' or larger. I had to call customer service to figure out a new drop off location & ended up driving another 11 miles to the new location. Attempted to check out through my phone, but it wouldn't work. I had to request the customer service rep check us out to avoid the additional $30 fee. I had some problems all around with my reservation, but all the employees were very professional & helpful in figuring out alternative plans for us.David A.

The customer service was very rude and the drivers door didn't latch and the mirror sunshade was broken. We were also charged for a $14 coverage fee that we never signed up for.TRUMAN L.
I was asked about how far I was driving. I was told it was for documentation purposes only. I am very shocked to get a charge added on my bill for $8.97 for that. This should have been made clear there are mile charges as well as rental charges. I have used Uhaul previously and never incurred this fee. I am very upset about this extra fee. I also did not appreciate that when I picked up the truck the worker seemed like I was bothering him to rent the truck. I understand everyone has bad days but a part of working in a customer based company you have to not let the customer know you are having a bad day.Jody R.
