Rented a truck. No keys were made available. Spent the first two hours of my rental period trying to get ahold of someone to help. Then when we did get help they fought us on all the fees charged for late pickup etc. after this move will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

This was the easiest pickup/drop off without an actual representative there to help me experience ever. It was very simple, easy to understand and follow directions, and although I didn't get my dolly - I was refunded properly. Great experience! Thanks for helping and making my moving process easier.
Kierra CEnsure that the staff is trained on what to do, as he stated he was not trained and did not know where the keys were. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get the keys to the truck and was not given the dolly I was charged for.
