Right turn signal wasnâ€™t working when picked up Agent offered no help just said it was working when inspected. After leaving location I was able to fix loose bulb I rented 12 moving pads was only given 6 Then I was charged $20 because the 6 pads were not folded Will never rent from this location and will be sure no one I know does either I have rented from Uhaul for years and have never had this poor of service

I had to wait from noon to 12;45 for the attendant to get back from lunch? You should note on your website that you close from noon to 1 for lunch. Basicly I feel like you don't give a shit about my time. I wont be back unless I have to. No apology or anything when he got back for making us wait.

When we went to return the truck, the door was locked with a note that said "out to lunch be back shortly". This is why the parking lot had four other cars waiting with us. The other people left after waiting ten minutes. We waited ten more minutes and decided to call the number on the note to see when they would be returning to the store. He replied he would be back in a few minutes. We've never experienced anything like this before. A business shuts down for lunch! Another first on the list of " Are You Serious?".

I was Overcharged and no reply was given when I emailed the issue. My daughter had to hit the seat belt lock hard just to get it to work. I will not use uhaul again. It is veRy unprofessional not to reply to a customer complaint about being overcharged. You canâ€™t just add whatever you want to someoneâ€™s bill.

The truck had leaves all over the cab. The app would not recognize the location and therefore not let me rent the truck through the app. The place was locked when I went to return the truck. So I couldn't return via the app, see location issue. So I locked the truck and put the keys in the lockbox. About 10 minutes later the owner unlocked the door, I told him about the truck. He said he would take care of it. Took him 4 days to check it in, charged me for an extra day and cleaning fee. After correcting that through a 30 minute phonecall my pending transaction on my credit card is an $87 charge instead of an $82 credit. Worst truck rental of my 22 years renting trucks.

Terrible. I got slapped with a massive $75 missing equipment charge for equipment I never got. Plus, I had to fill the truck with my own money and was not reimbursed for it.

Store moved with no forwarding address had to ask neighboring store where they moved, no one to assist with hook up, lack of information. Cost was more then quoted online. Booked the trailer over a week in advance....not happy with this service

1. Location changed but new location was not on the web site. 2. No one was on site at time of pick up, even though store hours advertised as an open time. 3. Online reservation declined all coverages, but was charged anyway on site. Caught at rental time. Clerk said she would fix at return and noted it on the form. When returned, was charged anyway. 4. Called after return to correct the charge. Said would return my cam in 15 minutes. Still have not received call back on next day.

Address was incorrect on website as they had moved. They were not unpacked so they could not find items they should have been able to supply. We made two trips to rural king, were an hour late to our destination and the trailer only had one working turn signal! Very frustrating and disappointing.

Unfortunately there appears to have been some breakdowns in communication, which caused me extreme frustrations. First, the customer service number bounced me between existing reservations to scheduling and everyone kept stating that the location was open for business. However, the location was vacant and no signs or postings informing us of what was going on. Finally, one gal in scheduling was understanding and kept asking me if I was in correct location. After finally getting her to understand that I was in fact at the listed address, she began to investigate within her office. To her amazement, the location had relocated and no one really knew that this had occurred. And to that end she didnâ€™t know the address other than Greenwood Park Mall. Comes to find out it is now located on the East side of the Mall in the old Sears auto service center building. Upon arrival there were vehicles but there was no apparent indication that anyone was working. The location is obviously still in the moving phase, as the store front was in complete disarray. No service counter, racks in various states of order, and construction materials and hand tools around on the floor. After driving back to the old location so my gps would align with the service ticket and attempted 24/7 vehicle share process, the process told me I needed keys. After calling back into the 800 #, I was informed that there was someone in the building. Again, there was no signage or indication that someone was working in the building and available!! The gal who assisted us was very helpful and in a tough position, but she got us squared away after a few adjustments to contract and available vehicles. Rental was clean and worked well. On the basis of vehicles and service, we would return. On the basis of communication and situation we experienced, we will look for other locations. Unfortunate that first impressions are lasting ones.

Pickup took close to an hour due to check out error by staff. Apparently the wrong return time was entered and they tried to charge me for two days instead of one as I had set up. Staff couldn't fix the error. Then my son and I had to connect the 12x6 trailer with no tongue jack to our vehicle with no assistance from staff. When I returned it I had to chock it and remove it by myself. I've never had to do that with any of my previous rentals. Had to wait a long time when finalizing the paperwork because the staff member had still not fixed the error from the previous day. Very frustrating.

I stopped by 2 hours early to see if I could pick the truck up early but it was out. About a 1/2 hr, they called me to tell me it was there and I picked it up 1 hour early which enabled me to get the sofa I needed before the store closed. Thanks!

This was my second poor UHaul experience in the same year. I reserved a 15' truck early in the week at location 2622 US 31 South, Greenwood and then near the end of the week it was changed to Johnson Equipment and time changed from 12:00 to 12:45. Then it was changed to 2:00!!! Question: What the heck is the point of making a reservation if the location and time changes? Very poor service. I ordered early in the week and there should have been a truck there where I reserved it, when I reserved it. The truck was not returned to Johnson Equipment before 2:00 and I was even later...I had to set up another reservation at Southern Plaza, Indianapolis. (at last minute the truck was returned to Johnson Equipment) What a nightmare...this truck was to move a family member out of a violent situation...two hours away...and this hassle with the truck made a bad situation worse. I will NEVER use UHaul again. Also...Johnson Equipment Rental is too small for UHaul trucks...they have an abundance of trailers and crap all over their parking lot...no room to park whatsoever. If I reserve a truck 5 days in advance, I expect it to be there when and where I reserved it. David Maze

It wasnt really the location- it was the fact I was told an confirmed by uhaul In a text message I could pick up the truck at 800am and the location opened up at 905 so I didnt get truck till after that!

The lady working behind the desk was completely oblivious and dull. She said maybe 5 words. I was late delivering the truck when I was finished (she shut the store at 3:30??) And I got there at 3:45. They charged me an extra $20 for that. How does that make sense. Uhaul has a lot of hidden expenses and too offs. Only nice thing was the new truck.

Was fast quick and made for a pleasant experience. Never having rented a uhaul before i was nervous but given how smooth it went, i would not hesitate to come back again.
