Smoothest rental I've every had.
Alan CI was at the location to return the trailer when the website said they opened at 9:30, after waiting 30 minutes and no one came I called and was told no one would be there for another hr and a half because he had other things to do and couldn’t be there when they opened. I was late for work and didn’t get to drop it off until after 10:30.
MEOSHI WThe employees have absolutely no idea how to complete the rental process. It took an hour and we had to call uhaul customer service so that someone could walk the employees at this location through the process step by step. This location should definitely not be a uhaul rental location, they are doing uhaul a disservice.
KELLAN HEven though the system kept going in and out, it never held me up. They adjusted so I could get going. System eventually came back on and we were able to finish the process. Definitely 5 stars
