Quick, easy with really polite uhaul associates

The trailer had miss matched tires and ubolt were ground down making it very unsafe the starter solenoid had a loose wire causing the truck to not be able to be shut off the antifreeze was leaking into the cab causing the vehicle to overheat and not restart leading to 3 break down where the tire on the van was in terrible shape and blew in I20 severing the break line we were towed to el paso uhaul to perform a switch in vehicles and a loss of 4 hours of drive time and the added expense of a hotel room The vehicle should have not been issued with this problems

Create a better ID check in process …...I spent almost b1 hour trying to get the hot spot to work....would not let clerk bypass either.....people with non I-PHONES and FLIP phones do not have to go thru this …..FIX IT U-HAUL ...your are going to lose customers

Another U-Haul location located in Griffin shut the door on us because they wanted to close 45 minutes early for the day. Called this location and we were pulling out with a truck almost immediately. Will never use any other place but this one. The ladies were the nicest people.

My experience at this location was excellent. However, this was only after I had booked the reservation five days in advance at another location. When I arrived there, the clerk said that the truck that I have reserved was inoperable and had been for several days. I never received any information from anyone about that. He simply cancelled my reservation and and sent me on my way. I had to find my own replacement truck. Very bad look, U-Haul.
