The actual people I talked to over the phone were good. But the process of putting in my picture license my emergency contact number the poor signature space the unclear directions over the computer was terrible and made me extremely anxious that I wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle. When I finally got through the above with the help of customer service the final straw was was the LOCK ISSUE. It was extremely cold and located where the combo dials were very hard to turn. Then it wouldn't open and not until banging it and jostling the truck locking mechanism did it unclasp. Finally the turning in of the vehicle with the multiple pictures needed to prove I don't F up the vehicle was infuriating as well. The whole process was terrible and the lack of in person assist has made the process inhuman and cold. I will not use U-Haul again nor will my husband since he was there for the check in process. We will pay more and drive further away to pick up a rental truck just to avoid your company.
