Our drop off location was changed from what I reserved. It was further, and I was told 5pm time limit to return even though our pick up time had been 5:50pm. We arrived shortly before 5pm, however the place was closed already.

Very helpful and two came out and disconnected the trailer for me. Very nice folks.
RONNIE P.I chose to drop the truck off early (Saturday) and then drop the key off on Monday. I was not given any paperwork to support the ending mileage or fuel level. I only person there was a mechanic. He said he would give the paperwork, including receipt for gas, to the person who could enter the info into the computer. He stated it might not be done until Tuesday.
