Our 15' truck did not have a correctly working back Door. We had to call roadside assistance and he told us he worked on it one week earlier and told them not to rent it out again until it was fixed correctly. We were lucky that we got the door open when we got home.

Praying over me before I entered the truck and going over thoroughly all of the details and answering each question I had with compassion and care.

When I rented the van online, I requested a pickup /drop off location that I was familiar with. However a day prior to picking the van up, my pickup/drop off location was changed to a location I was not familiar with. I called the uhaul customer service and asked if the vehicle can be taken to my requested pickup location and I was told no. I did not appreciate the change without my consent. I had to make personal changes in order to accommodate this change. Again I had to go to a location that I was not familiar with. Nor did I know how to get to this location. I feel the van/vehicle should have been relocated to my requested location since this is the location I requested and agreed upon. No changes should have been made without my consent. Thank you

Work on your mobile and online system. It was a struggle trying to get my rental because your system kept giving me bad information and would not cooperate at all. I spoke with someone but they didn't even provide me with the proper amount of time required for my rental. I lost about an hour on the rental because the operator didn't adjust it for me even with the 2 hours of trouble I experienced with the system.
