There was a miscommunication that ended up costing me money. I use the App and did the early check in to save time. I clicked that I didn't want the $16 protection as I've rented trucks many times. He asked me again doing over everything as we do and I told him I didn't want that added. But it got added anyway. I was expecting a $60 ish dollar bill and it was $84. I asked why it was high and that's when we saw the error. I asked for the charge to be reversed buy he said he couldn't but that he would send an email. I'm a small business owner and needed the truck to get a work cabinet. I am hoping the charge gets reversed. I was disappointed that happened and the guy felt bad. He was good about it though.
