To whom it may concern, I was dissatisfied with the service at the grocery store. I planned my move according to the schedule agreed to pick up the truck at 9am. I arrived at the location 15 minutes before the agreed time to avoid any mishaps. However, at 9am, i.e. at the last minute, the person responsible for opening the store called to tell me that he would be 30 minutes late without any explanation. As you know, the tenants have a deadline for leaving the unit, as well as having to clean up before the inspection. With the 30-minute delay, plus the 20 minutes needed to do the paperwork before picking up the keys from the truck, I was almost an hour late, which really put a damper on my planning. Because of all these inconveniences, I wouldn't recommend this place to pick up a truck. I would choose the Bayers Lake facility. Respectfully, Elaine

Superb assistance, really friendly and using the truck was straightforward. Was also great to be able to get a cold drink from the store after returning the truck 🙂
